How to: Bring stacked object to the front (top) of the stack.
Solution:
Select the 'Draw' menu and select 'Bring to Front'.
To bring a stacked object to the very top of the stack :
1) Select the desired object.
2) Select the 'Draw' menu and select 'Bring to Front'.
